Night to Remember

March 23, 2018 · 5:30pm - 8:00pm

Join us for an evening of desserts, live auction, and stories of lives changed!
Help us raise funds to give children ages 6-11 in foster care a week of positive memories in a camp where they are treated like royalty.

Night to Remember will be March 23 from 5:30-8 p.m. at Community Covenant Church in Eagle River and is the primary
fundraiser for the Royal Family KIDS Anchorage camp. Our goal is to raise $55,000 at the event!
We have an interactive evening planned featuring RFK alumni, campers and volunteers, as well as delicious desserts, live
auctions, stories of changed lives and keynote speaker Samantha Orr. Samantha was once a child in foster care and an
RFK camper, who now plays significant roles in many Royal Family KIDS camps throughout the United States.
Please help us make this event a success by volunteering for any of the following roles:

• Be a Table Captain: Invite seven people other than yourself to fill a table, and share how your life was impacted by
RFK and why they should attend the event. All the materials you’ll need for the invitations will be provided.
Contact Melissa Alger at mkeagle5@mtaonline.net to volunteer

• Provide Desserts: Donate one or more desserts that serve eight to 16 people.

• Event Setup or Decorating: Help setup and decorate for the event on March 22 from 4-8 p.m.

• Hospitality Team: Greet guests, show participants to their tables, help with refreshments and provide other similar
support on March 23 from 5:30-8 p.m.

• Event Cleanup: Help cleanup following the event on March 23.
